Job summary

ACI Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects from start to finish. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage safety, quality, and budget, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

This role in Findlay, Ohio requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and the ability to read drawings, schedule work, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through all phases from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to stay on schedule.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Procure materials and coordinate equipment and labor needs.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve challenges while controlling costs and delays.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; track progress for reports.
