Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience with field supervision.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction processes.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CSL License preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects with high client satisfaction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience with site layout and surveying activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Develop, maintain, and update six-week look-ahead schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor workflow, manpower allocation, productivity, and site safety.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, contract documents, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site logistics, security, and overall site cleanliness.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports, production logs, visitor records, and testing documentation.
• Support project budget and schedule objectives through proactive field management.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, diversity, inclusion, and environmental responsibility.
