Familiar with blueprint reading, building codes, permitting, and safety practices.
Skilled in Bluebeam for reviewing and marking drawings.
Able to read Revit and CAD plans.
Excellent communication, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
On-call for urgent site-related issues (24/7 availability).

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities during new build, remodel, renovation, and capital projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors for timely, high-quality execution.
Ensure safety regulations, codes, permits, and policies are followed.
Collaborate with Project Manager to align field work with planning.
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
Monitor progress and maintain daily logs for VP of Development.
Address field issues to protect timelines and budgets.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
Liaise with Architects, Engineers, and internal teams as needed.
Ensure inspections and closeout documentation are completed.
