Job summary

F.A. Wilhelm Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead project teams from startup through closeout in Evansville, IN.

You will forecast costs, develop schedules, manage labor and material efficiency, and coordinate with the superintendent to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery with high-quality results. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7–10 years of construction experience, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Project Start Up: forecast costs, exposures, and profits.
• Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
• Lead day-to-day management with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage project costs through ongoing labor, material, and equipment evaluations.
• Interface with departments to resolve issues and communicate impacts.
• Ensure safety measures and compliance are followed.
• Assist with project closeout including record drawings and warranties.
