Job summary

PBK is seeking a Construction Services Manager to act as the on-site liaison among clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. You will monitor progress, quality, and schedule adherence while protecting the owner’s interests.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in construction administration, with strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills and the ability to travel between jobsites. Experience with PlanGrid or Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of construction administration, construction management, or related field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and project schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.
• Monitor construction progress to help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with project objectives.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, contractors, and project stakeholders during construction activities.
• Represent the owner’s interests on-site throughout the duration of projects.
• Observe contractor performance and adherence to project quality standards, contract documents, and schedule requirements.
• Document site observations, project progress, and field conditions through reports and meeting documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates, concerns, and resolutions with project teams and clients.
• Coordinate with internal architectural and engineering teams to support timely resolution of field issues.
• Support a positive client experience through responsive communication and professional relationship management.
