• Safety & Compliance Enforcement - Uphold strict adherence to OSHA guidelines, site safety regulations, and company policies.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Address site challenges, material shortages, and unexpected delays with proactive solutions.
• Quality Control & Inspections - Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
