Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) seeks a Construction Inspector to support the 50th Civil Engineer Squadron at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado. The inspector will provide on-site inspection and surveillance for complex facility projects, coordinating with government personnel, engineers, and contractors throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Must pass National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI).
• Knowledge of construction inspection practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and surveil complex construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specs and contract requirements.
• Monitor construction activities, schedules, materials, workmanship.
• Interpret plans and specifications in the field.
• Review plans against field conditions and identify conflicts or constructability issues.
• Provide technical observations and recommendations to government personnel.
