Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in inspecting construction work on-site
• Ability to review contractor documentation and ensure compliance with plans and specs
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems

Responsibilities

• Inspect contractor’s work in place and review construction documentation for contract compliance
• Provide on-site inspections and opinions on compliance with plans, specs and requirements
• Track site progress, compare against baseline schedule and report delays to project leadership
• Attend preparatory meetings and participate in inspections as required by the contract
• Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure documentation accessibility
