Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation, within Ramboll's Water US, Construction Management Division, seeks a Construction Inspector to support field oversight on municipal water projects across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. You will report to project teams, document field conditions, and assist senior staff with daily construction activities.

We value hands-on inspectors with strong communication, basic estimating, and MS Office proficiency. High school diploma required; additional certifications valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of construction project documentation (plans, specs, permits, submittals, etc).
• Willingness to learn and increase construction knowledge through training.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and project management software.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting that work complies with plans and specifications.
• Identify unforeseen conditions and inform senior staff.
• Maintain field notes, daily reports and schedule progress.
• Perform basic estimating.
• Gather field information for project design.
