Job summary

[Company Name] is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site operations from start to finish in Louisville, KY. You will direct crews, coordinate subcontractors, manage materials, and uphold safety standards to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of hands-on construction experience, 1–3 years in a leadership role, and a proven ability to keep projects on schedule while enforcing OSHA regulations and quality control.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on construction experience.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role (Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or Field Supervisor).
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, blueprints, and local building codes.
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA 10/30 preferred; First Aid/CPR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage projects from ground-breaking to final punch list, ensuring adherence to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Crew Leadership & Productivity: Supervise, mentor, and motivate internal crew members and subcontractors; set daily goals.
• Schedule Management: Keep projects moving by anticipating delays and tracking milestones.
• Quality & Safety Control: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies; conduct daily safety huddles.
• Resource & Material Management: Coordinate delivery, staging, and inventory of materials and equipment.
• Communication: Serve as on-site liaison between project managers, clients, inspectors, and crew; maintain logs.
