Qualifications

• Design Build experience is a plus.

• Thorough knowledge of estimating and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers.
• Enforce company and project policies.
• Manage budget and financial reporting throughout the project.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and help enforce safety on site.
