Job summary

Qualifications

• Cost management and budgeting to develop, monitor, adjust project budgets and cost projections.
• Prepare accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposals from plans and specs.
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients clearly.
• Interpret drawings, specs, contracts; use estimating software and MS Office.
• Experience in general contracting or construction management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials and labor.
