Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Engineering Technician to support VA Hospital Grand Junction on-site in Grand Junction, CO under contract with Davenergy. You will monitor contract compliance, track construction progress, and report key issues to management on multiple projects.

Qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent trade-school program, 3 years as an engineering technician, and familiarity with RFI, change orders and submittals logs. OSHA 30 is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or trade-school graduation or construction apprenticeship; 10 years can substitute.
• 3 years of experience as an engineering technician including inspection and contractor oversight.
• Ability to organize project documents and develop progress reports.

Aufgaben

• Document construction progress and support quality-control tests/inspections.
• Assist the client via the construction superintendent with required actions.
• Monitor means/methods and ensure compliance with contract, safety and quality requirements.
• Perform field inspections to review construction work and compliance with designs, UFCs and safety.
