Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience.
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law.
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred.
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and legal documents.
• Handle mechanic’s liens, filings, and construction-related legal processes.
• Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files.
• Support e-discovery processes and manage document databases.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as needed.
