Job summary

Clark Construction Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert for government-funded construction projects. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure compliance objectives are met and opportunities for upward mobility exist within Project Controls and Compliance.

The role is early-career, based in San Francisco with occasional travel to nearby project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred, or similar relevant work experience
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output
• Learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with federal and state contracting and FAR regulations is a plus
• Bilingual with Spanish language preferred

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with federal, state, local prevailing wage laws and PLA requirements
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subs
• Manage all prevailing wage document collection and review for Clark and trade partners
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure proper wages
• Collaborate with project team and leadership on process improvements
• Travel to one or more local project sites
