Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an entry-level Compliance Analyst to serve as the project compliance expert on a portfolio of government-funded construction projects in Charleston. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including prevailing wage and PLA requirements, through CPR generation and document reviews.

You will rotate across departments, gain exposure to audit processes, and support continuous improvement in compliance

Qualifications

Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with federal contracting, labor regulations, and FAR regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Protect the organization by enforcing compliance with prevailing wage laws and PLA requirements.
Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
Review payroll submissions to ensure correct wage payments to workers.
Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements for compliance.
Assist with investigations and issues related to prevailing wage compliance.
Travel to project sites as needed and conduct on-site interviews to verify compliance.
