Job summary

You will enforce federal, state, and local prevailing wage rules, generate and certify CPRs, review wage documents, and collaborate with project teams to resolve compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred, or similar relevant work experience.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with federal/state contracting, labor regulations, and FAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce federal, state and local prevailing wage laws, as well as union/PLA requirements.
• Generate, certify, and submit CPRs for Clark craft employees and subcontractors.
• Manage prevailing wage document collection and review.
• Cross-check payroll submissions against project documents to ensure correct wage payments.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership on process improvements and issue resolution.
• Assist with complex prevailing wage issues and investigations with third parties.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
• Support worker utilization and small business subcontracting goals.
• Address internal audit findings promptly.
• Oversee project start-up and close-out for compliance.
