The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience, preferably with healthcare or institutional projects. Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience required, preferably in Healthcare or Institutional projects.
• Registration or Licensure preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site liaison between construction managers, clients, and teams.
• Review and interpret construction documents.
• Process and answer Requests for Information and submittals.
