Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to lead on-site concrete construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials, and drive continuous improvement of processes on site.

The ideal candidate has hands-on concrete experience, strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, QA/QC, and OSHA safety compliance, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience supervising concrete construction on commercial or infrastructure projects.
• BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience with project controls including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety compliance and QA/QC processes.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and corporate reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site concrete construction activities to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead site safety briefings and inspections.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and manage scopes of work.
• Track schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project and report impacts.
• Support budgeting and cost control through monitoring labor, materials, and equipment costs.
