Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Revu, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review estimate spreadsheets and become familiar with cost allocation.
• Assist the PM with takeoffs.
• Track manpower daily and approve timecards.
• Assist with documentation for RFI’s, Co’s, and submittals.
• Approve invoices and track quantities daily.
• Update PM daily with material deliveries and project progress.
