Job summary

Concrete Strategies Inc. is seeking a project support role to assist on active jobs, from setup and buyout through cost tracking and reporting. The position involves on-site daily activity, material and manpower productivity tracking, and invoice approval.

Travel to sites is required, with an expectation of 80% travel. Ideal candidates have up to 5 years in construction, a relevant degree, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work well independently or in teams.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended.
• Basic/General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an adaptable and flexible style.
• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Job cost spread and estimate familiarity
• Participation in project sequencing and scheduling
• Participation in Project cost reporting
• Invoice coding and approval
• Coordination with GC/Owner
• Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended
