Job summary

B&B Concrete Contractors in Arkansas is seeking a Project Engineer to be involved with each project from start to finish. You will collaborate with the project manager and field personnel, often on site, helping coordinate daily activities from tracking materials to monitoring job costs.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (or 1–2 years relevant experience), proficiency with Bluebeam, Revu, Word and Excel, familiarity with B2W, a willingness to travel, a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or 1-2 years of prevalent experience.
Proficient with Bluebeam, Revu, Word and Excel.
Familiar with B2W (preferred).
Knowledgeable with tilt up (preferred).
Willing to travel to projects in various states.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to work weekends if needed.
OSHA Certification.

Responsibilities

Review estimate spreadsheets and become familiar with the cost allocation.
Assist the PM with takeoffs.
Track manpower daily and approve timecards.
Assist with documentation for RFI’s, Co’s, submittals, and sub-contractors and other paperwork.
Approves invoices and does quantity tracking daily.
Updates PM daily with delivery of materials and progress of the project.
