Job summary

Legacy Clover Mgmt, LLC is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee a manufactured home community and drive growth. You will manage day-to-day operations, enforce rules, and deliver excellent resident service while coordinating with staff and vendors.

The role includes selling park-owned and brokered homes, scheduling tours, handling leads, and processing closings in collaboration with corporate sales. A background in property management and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
• At least three (3) years of Property Management Experience is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Efficiently operates assigned computer software and other equipment including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a manufactured home community and day-to-day operations.
• Sell park-owned and brokered homes; manage inventory showings and tours.
• Enter and track leads in CRM; respond to inquiries within 1 hour or next business day.
• Coordinate closings and work with corporate sales staff on documentation.
• Maintain resident files, enforce park rules, and ensure property appearance.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to meet community needs.
