Job summary

CPB Group seeks a Community Program Coordinator I/II (On-site) in Honolulu, HI for a full-time ICP support role. The position will manage coworking space operations at Central Pacific Plaza and assist marketing initiatives for events and promotions.

Key duties include delivering concierge-like guest service, coordinating space logistics, supporting events, and collaborating with internal departments and partner vendors to ensure seamless operations and valuable connections for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service required.
• 1+ years of experience in event planning preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service required.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge level of service to meet the expressed and unexpressed needs of internal and external customers to create a consistent positive experience. Act as primary contact for designated spaces and ensure all guests receive excellent service from point of initial contact through conclusion of meeting or event (e.g., greet and check people in, assist users of meeting rooms as needed, handle reception / host servicing duties during meetings, reset rooms, conduct follow-ups if needed, etc.).
• Manage daily operations of designated space. Work with the team to coordinate internal resources to ensure proper coverage, serve as point of contact on all matters pertaining to operations and support maintenance issues/requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing all space-related logistics – reservations, scheduling, prepping in-house Audio & Visual services, handling food and beverage catering services for small on-site meetings, and working with designated vendor partners to ensure larger meetings and events are properly managed. Diligently organize, prepare, and clean/sanitize spaces.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues with professionalism and patience to ensure minimal disruption(s). Support team with smaller events as needed. For larger events, work with vendor partners to ensure all logistics are coordinated and events are professionally executed. Assist team with community engagement event planning as needed.
• Liaise with Internal Departments, Coworking Partners and Guests: Identify current and future needs to assist with target market relationship-building.
