Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold or be working to attain CAM or APM designation.
• High school degree or equivalent; college education preferred.
• At least one year practical experience as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Knowledge of OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Balance leasing apartments, resident retention, marketing the community, and administrative/financial tasks.
• Act as the on-site leader in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
