Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for 619 Westlake Arts Colony, an affordable housing community in Los Angeles, CA.

You will report to the Regional Manager and oversee on-site operations, including property administration, maintenance oversight, and resource management to ensure fiscal stability. The role requires 2–5 years in property management, experience supervising staff, and familiarity with Section 8 and HUD/TCAC inspections.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with Section 8.
• Experience with managing periodic inspections (HUD, TCAC, City).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with procedures and funding agency regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units following Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with local government agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc).
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance, grounds, and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
