Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in multifamily property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations to maximize occupancy and collections.
• Supervise site staff and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain budgets and reporting.
