You will oversee daily deposits, financial reporting support, move-ins/outs, and resident communications while maintaining Thompson Thrift standards and ensuring exceptional community performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in on-site leasing or property management.
• Experience in property management, business operations, or luxury communities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for routine outreach/market shopping.

• Assist with leasing performance, follow-ups, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor traffic and conversion to support occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policies.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, posting payments and adjustments.
• Process daily deposits and support financial reporting.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and associated inspections for accuracy.
• Provide on-site operational support and assist during busy periods.
• Support resident communications and resolve escalated concerns.
• Organize resident engagement activities to boost retention.
• Monitor service requests and follow up with maintenance teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the community.
