Yellowstone Local represents Zadok Construction, Inc. for on-site leadership of commercial construction projects in Ogden, UT and nearby areas. The role focuses on daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years as a superintendent on ground-up projects, strong blueprint interpretation skills, and proven leadership. OSHA knowledge and a valid driver''s license are preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire is a plus.
• Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the on-site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Ogden, UT, and surrounding areas.
• Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
