Job summary

Zadok Construction, Inc. is seeking an on-site superintendent to lead commercial construction projects in Payson, UT.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections, and ensure safety compliance and accurate documentation. You will serve as the primary client contact, drive projects on schedule and within budget, and bring 3+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a construction environment.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend; FieldWire experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of construction safety standards and job site compliance.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
