Job summary

Mon Ami Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to own the day-to-day performance of a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial assets. You’ll manage rent collection, CAM reconciliation, vendor relations, and reporting, while partnering with leasing and asset teams to optimize NOI.

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on property management, strong financial literacy, and experience with CAM, leases, and reporting systems like Yardi, MRI, or AppFolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial property management.
• Real CAM reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge of NNN, Modified Gross and Gross leases.
• Ability to connect day-to-day decisions to NOI.
• BS in Finance/Accounting/Real Estate preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, including rent collection, work orders, tenant/vendor relations, and financial reporting.
• Review aging reports and initiate collection efforts.
• Conduct CAM reconciliations and prepare year-end statements for tenants.
• Analyze operating statements and budgets to ensure accuracy.
• Manage lease abstraction, expirations, renewals, and TI allowances in Yardi.
