Job summary

Mon Ami Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to own day-to-day operations across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets in Orange County, CA. You will manage rent collection, CAM, vendor relations, and reporting, acting with an owner mentality.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CAM reconciliation and lease administration, strong financial literacy, and experience with Yardi/MRI/AppFolio. Travel across the portfolio is expected with on-site work in Orange County.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience with hands-on responsibility
• Hands-on CAM reconciliation and lease administration experience
• Knowledge of NNN, Modified Gross, and Gross lease structures
• Financial literacy including reading a P&L and linking to NOI
• BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties including rent collection, work orders, tenant/vendor relations, and financial reporting
• Review aging reports and initiate collections
• Perform CAM reconciliations and year-end statements with tenants
• Analyze operating statements and budgets to ensure accuracy
• Administer lease abstracts, expirations, renewals, and TI allowances in Yardi
• Coordinate tenant improvements and CapEx with contractors and teams
• Prepare monthly PM reports and annual operating budgets
• Assist with onboarding of new properties and data room preparation
