Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, cost analysis, and project management within the commercial painting industry.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, application processes, and safety protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with OST & QB estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed.

Responsibilities
