Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial estimating for a general contractor.
• Experience with take-offs, bids, and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and Windows.
• On Screen Takeoff experience is preferred.
• Field experience in trades or as a superintendent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review plans and specifications and perform quantity take-offs.
• Develop accurate cost projections and participate in bid preparations.
• Assist with value engineering and cost-control efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
