Portescap in West Chester, PA, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist for a full-time, on-site role. You will program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for motion technology, reading drawings, selecting tooling, and ensuring quality.

Collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams, you will troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating, modifying and optimizing CNC programs.
• Experience in milling and precision material removal.
• Able to read blueprints and GD&T, interpret specs and tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
• Select tooling and set up machining equipment.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and document results.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
