Job summary

Trotter Workforce in West Chester, PA is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Lead Machinist. The role involves developing CNC programs, defining machining processes, setting up machines, and leading a cell of machinists on Mazak and Swiss platforms.

You will drive quality and on-time production, perform CAD/CAM programming, read blueprints with GD&T, and create setup documentation. Preferred candidates hold a manufacturing engineering degree and have hands-on experience with PartMaker,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a production machining environment.
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining methods and tooling.
• Expert level CNC programming and machining experience.
• Experience performing First Article Inspections and precision inspection.
• Experience creating and maintaining setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls.
• Ability to lead machinists and manufacturing assistants with a cell.
• Expert machinist can make any part.

• Mazatrol experience for Mazak concentration
