MacLean-Fogg Company in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Precision CNC Machining Technician for the 3rd shift. You will set up and run CNC equipment, troubleshoot to restore quality and throughput, and read engineering drawings to ensure each part meets spec.

You’ll document results and support continuous improvement while keeping a clean, safe 5S work area. You’ll review work orders, dial in offsets, run parts with accuracy, and help junior operators learn the process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in CNC machining or a closely related role.
• Able to read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving on the shop floor.

Responsabilités

• Set up and run CNC and related mechanical equipment to achieve productivity and quality.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, fine-tune tooling and offsets, and apply programming changes to reduce cycle times.
• Interpret drawings and specs to plan and verify each job; document results.
• Maintain 5S organization; complete production and quality records; ensure safety and quality compliance.
