Randstad USA in Round Rock, TX is seeking a skilled CNC Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep high-precision CNC equipment, automated cells, and facility systems running at peak uptime. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and electrical issues on Mazak and Haas machines; performing preventative maintenance; installing equipment with vendors; and maintaining critical spare parts.

A technical degree is preferred but not required; 3+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

3+ years CNC machine maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Expert-level troubleshooting on Mazak and Haas equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems (24VDC–480VAC).
Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsabilités

Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, PLC, and electrical issues on CNC machinery and factory production equipment.
Mazak & Haas Maintenance: Lead preventative maintenance, calibration, and equipment repairs for Mazak and Haas platforms.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute structured PM schedules and establish countermeasures to reduce downtime.
Installations & Vendors: Assist with new equipment installations and coordinate with external service vendors.
Inventory & Facility: Maintain spare parts inventory and handle basic facility maintenance.
