Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college/trade education preferred.
• 6 months or more of operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual mills, lathes.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Follow safety practices and 5S.
• Perform precision measurements with micrometers and calipers.
• Support other cells as needed.
