Job summary

Hamilton Health Box is seeking an On-Site Clinician (OSC) to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our clinics. You will schedule follow ups, deliver protocol-driven care, and support health education initiatives while coordinating with pharmacy services and referral networks.

The ideal candidate is a Licensed EMT/Paramedic with BLS, strong communication, and experience with electronic medical records. Some travel to local clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed EMT or Paramedic, with current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a healthcare setting.
• Ability to train, educate, and interact with staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clinical and administrative operations at HHB location.
• Schedule follow ups and manage preventative health programs.
• Coordinate care with referrals and other providers.
• Assist with screenings, annual exams, and health education.
• Document visits and results in electronic medical records.
• Travel between clinics as needed.
