Hamilton Health Box is hiring an On-Site Clinician (OSC) – EMT/Paramedic to manage daily clinical and administrative operations at our local clinic sites. You will interact with employees for scheduling, deliver protocol-driven care, and participate in health education and preventative screening.

This role may require travel to nearby locations. Qualifications include EMT/Paramedic licensure and BLS certification; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to communicate with Spanish-speaking

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic license required with BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling clinical and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to provide employee healthcare services.
• Coordinate screenings, health education, and follow-up exams.
• Assist with annual physicals, employment health assessments, and documentation.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage referrals to other providers.
• Document visits and progress in medical records.
