Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent patient experience during clinic visits.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per trial protocols.
• Screen, enroll, and retain patients for trials.
• Guide patients through the study journey to ensure attendance of required visits.
• Enter clinical data accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Provide clear, timely communication to patients, physicians, and stakeholders.
