Seattle Clinical Research Center in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to join our research team.

The CRC will work with investigators, sponsors, and CROs to conduct multicenter trials per protocol and GCP. The ideal candidate has 1+ year CRC experience, direct patient care, and strong regulatory knowledge. This on-site role emphasizes meticulous documentation and timely study activities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• Experience with direct patient care.
• Experience conducting informed consent discussions.
• Experience obtaining medical history and basic vital signs.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations and IRB processes.
• Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Adherence to SCRC core values.

Responsabilités

• Obtain medical history and review eligibility with the investigator.
• Conduct consent discussions and document properly.
• Recruit and screen potential subjects and meet deadlines.
• Schedule and conduct subject visits.
• Coordinate tests and procedures per protocol (EKG, phlebotomy, vitals).
• Track subjects and schedule follow-up assessments.
• Complete and organize regulatory documents.
• Handle regulatory activities (IRB submissions, binder management).
• Communicate with Sponsor, CRO, and IRB.
• Perform all coordinator tasks per protocol.
• Distribute and account for study drugs.
• Process and package specimens per IATA guidelines.
• Prepare for monitoring visits and maintain study records.
