Qualifications

• Requires active PA RN license or applicable professional license (PT/OT/SLP).
• The BSN is required; if not at hire, enrollment in a program within one year and completion within three years.
• Minimum 1 year home healthcare experience; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, JC regulations and CQI processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating clinical care and teams.
• Ensure care delivered per guidelines and payor requirements.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary actions.
• Participate in hiring and orientation of new staff.
• Lead clinical meetings and case conferences.
• Support teamwork and strategic plan implementation.
