Job summary

Bridgewater Recovery in Dubuque, IA, is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (Treatment Supervisor) to lead clinical programming across IOP, PHP, detox, and residential services from pre-opening through ongoing operations. Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure as LISW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist, APRN, or Physician.
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Nursing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• 3+ years of clinical supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up clinical programming across IOP, PHP, detox, and residential treatment.
• Develop clinical policies, treatment protocols, and documentation standards ahead of facility opening.
• Support licensure readiness and clinical survey preparation.
• Provide clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, and clinical staff.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead the clinical team, fostering accountability and compassionate care.
• Coach and support staff to adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Ensure operations comply with state, federal, payer, and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain survey readiness and support licensing, audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and quality indicators, recommending improvements.
