Job summary

Gable is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of client projects from contract approval to completion. You will develop budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

The Project Manager acts as the main liaison between internal teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. The role requires 2–5 years of project management experience in sign/visual/construction settings, strong budgeting skills, and

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the sign, visual, or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Create detailed project plans, including scope of work, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Prepare requests, including drawing requests, fabrication and installation work orders, survey requests, permit requests, and purchase order requests.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, including design, fabrication, and installation.
• Regularly track project performance against the plan, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to stay on target.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and manage risks, addressing potential issues proactively.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and ensure profitability for assigned projects.
• Manage project closeout activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• After project completion, assess project performance, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement to inform future projects.
