Job summary

Sharebite seeks a part-time, on-site Client Operations Associate in San Francisco to manage group meal deliveries for enterprise clients. You will work with Restaurant Operations and Customer Support to ensure orders arrive on time, are well organized, and employees have a smooth experience.

Responsibilities include on-site logistics, escorting couriers, unpacking meals, collecting feedback, and representing Sharebite to client staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in operations, hospitality, food service, events or a client-facing role.
• Dependable, professional and trustworthy, with pride in representing a brand.
• Calm under pressure, with the ability to reassure clients without overpromising.

Responsibilities

• Monitor group orders after the ordering window closes, coordinating with Restaurant Ops and Customer Care for on-time delivery.
• On-site at client offices to manage delivery logistics, including escorting couriers through security and building procedures.
• Unpack and arrange large volumes of meals on Sharebite shelves for quick employee access.
• Stay on-site until all meals are claimed; resolve missing-item or order issues with Customer Support.
