Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Irwin, PA, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. Hours are Monday–Friday during daytime business hours, with an anticipated pay range of $19–$21 per hour.

You will coordinate client needs with field staff to ensure service continuity, quality, and agency compliance. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential. High school diploma preferred; healthcare knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or staffing coordination preferred.
• Healthcare or home health knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Match field staff capabilities to client needs for safe, efficient service.
• Assign duties matching clinician qualifications to ensure quality care.
• Maintain cost containment and optimize clinician utilization.
• Communicate clearly with clients, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Be available for after-hours on-call on certain days.
• Represent the organization professionally and promote teamwork.
