Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Insurance knowledge preferred; Property & Casualty license is a plus and we support obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing client accounts and servicing requests.
• Handle client communication in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up on open requests and move them toward resolution.
• Keep client accounts and policy records complete, up to date, and well organized.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
