Clean Team is seeking a dedicated PM Site Manager to lead daily operations at a Mansfield facility. You will manage a cleaners team, act as the primary client contact, and drive efficiency to meet quality, safety, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include supervising schedules, conducting site inspections, managing inventory, tracking hours and costs, and submitting daily reports to the Operations Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Enforce compliance with uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures, ensuring the building is secured.

As the Site Manager, you will lead daily operations to ensure our client's facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. You will directly manage a team of cleaners, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role critical to delivering exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
